Nadhron is a beautiful little country in eastern Shaltan, conquered on 9 May 1396, seventeen years ago. The issue of this conquest is a complex one, and we invite you to have a look around and see what life is like here. A few facts about Nadhron before you get started:
- With a population of just around 200,000, Nadhron is sparsely covered, with few real urban centres.
- Temperate in climate, the majority of the country is either mountainous or forested, lending itself to animal husbandry rather than farming.
- Naḓron is situated between two rivers, a situation which made it eminently defensible.
- Although scholars have yet to explain why, Nadhron has less than half the wizards per capita of Shaltan, although there are more than twice the number "magic places" and items of unusual magical power in Nadhron than in Shaltan.
